Hazardous Waste Disposal
Hazardous waste must be packaged and transported in accordance with strict procedures and guidelines, while disposal must be coordinated and managed in properly permitted Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF). Many industrial hazardous waste streams can be recycled safely and effectively. A hazardous waste is recycled if it is used, reused, or reclaimed. Furthermore, RCRA hazardous waste regulation makes an important distinction between materials that are used or reused without reclamation and those that must be reclaimed before reuse. A material is reclaimed if it is processed to recover a usable product, or if it is regenerated. All of our vehicles and containers are properly permitted and maintained to meet all regulatory requirements regarding hazardous waste disposal and transportation.
